We've often been asked by other firms to provide opinions on their own existing WSIB cases or cases in which WSIB is involved.

These services are available and billed on an hourly basis and will include a thorough review of the file along with opinions and claim and appeal strategies for all identifiable issues in the file.

We also provide case analysis for injured workers who may not be quite ready yet for WSIB representation but want a path or outline of what to expect along with some key reminders. This service is a strategy session and is available on an hourly fee basis.

LAWYER REFERRAL

There are many cases that clients bring to us that we do not handle or, due to the Law Society Rules, must be handled by Lawyers. Don't fret. We have an extensive list of established lawyers in our network of contacts who we can refer you to for a free consultation.

Also, when we take on any Long Term Disability matters, we make note of the relevant limitation periods to ensure that if the matter needs to proceed to legal for an amount that exceeds what Paralegals can sue for in small claims court, we will refer the matter on to a lawyer in our network who will continue with the matter on a contingency basis.
