Fulvio Evangelista, Licensed Paralegal, is the owner and business manager of TCI Workers Compensation Legal Services.

One of the first 4 Paralegals to obtain a license in Ontario, Fulvio  has vast experience in areas of WSIB law, advocating exclusively for Ontario injured workers and disability claimants since 1994.

He has argued hundreds of cases before the WSIB Appeals Branch and has made over 500 combined appearances before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal and Canada Pension Plan Disability Review Tribunal with many notable decisions obtained for workers and their estates.

He is committed to helping clients who have suffered because of workplace accidents, workers who have developed occupational diseases, have been exposed to asbestos and other harmful occupational chemicals in addition to those that are disabled as a result of medical conditions or diseases.

Fulvio also specialize in fighting for survivors and families of deceased workers.
